CAMP DESCRIPTION:

Join our Competitive Contact Camp and take your skills to the next level!  Throughout the camp, participants will receive expert guidance on various aspects of the game, including:

• Stick Checking - Master the art of stick checking, enhancing your ability to gain possession and control the puck
• Positioning & Angling - Learn strategic positioning and effective angling techniques to outmaneuver opponents on the ice
• Competitive Contact - Develop your skills in competitive contact, understanding how to navigate physical play while maintaining control and precision
• Body Checking - Dive into the fundamentals of body checking, honing your ability to deliver and receive checks with confidence

Our experienced coaches will ensure that participants not only enhance their skills but also implement safety measures throughout the learning process.  Join us for an exciting and empowering experience that will elevate your game.
